Some of you, including myself, may find the blog name hilarious, odd or very random, but I like it because the word gives me a picturesque scenery of lush greens, cool, breezing air and inner peace. I also find the ironical combination of natural and artificial elements in the name very amusing.
Rubbertrees is categorized into five major aspects of my life; Real Life, Thoughts, Fandom, Memes, and Academics.
Real Life. All narratives and anecdotes about anything that has been happening in the span of my existence — whether relevant or not — are placed under this category. This category will filter out everything but my kwentos about in/significant human experience.
Thoughts. Self-explanatory. Persnickity insights, reviews, reflection and criticisms about anything under the sun are posted under this category. Topics may vary from current, true-to-life events, personal anecdotes, political arena to 6-star goods and services. Usually most privy posts under here are not to be spoken of in real life.
Fandom. All spazzy, incoherent posts about my personal wide array of entertainment sources are published under this, may it be in music, celebrities and whatnot. This is a perfect filter to tick if you are interested to know my biases are regarding anything relevant, and in trend at the moment.
Memes. To spice up the blogging experience, blog memes exist not only to eliminate boredom in the world, but to kill writer’s block as well, academic-wise or not. This may also suffice as points for deeper reflection and self-assessment.
Academics. All submitted written compositions that I’ve decided to publish here for documentation purposes are under here. Rants and raves about anything college-related can be under the categories real life and thoughts….it really depends.

Only the admin can see how many visits — user or tick-based — this blog gets day by day. Absolutely not expecting a lot mainly because I don’t plug this at all; but it’s still good to know that people go here regardless of the reason and circumstance.
